Stacey Sylvester-Carter is the Founder and Managing Member of GMP Bridge Solutions, LLC. She is a pharmaceutical and life-sciences quality professional with nearly 30 years of experience across regulated manufacturing and laboratory environments.
She began her career in operations and microbiology, then expanded into validation, project management, laboratory development, regulatory, quality systems, compliance, auditing, data integrity, and global quality leadership.
Career experience
Stacey’s experience includes sterile and non-sterile manufacturing, biologics, parenteral products, solid oral dosage forms, Blow-Fill-Seal operations, cleanrooms, environmental monitoring, sterility assurance, contamination control, laboratory systems, computerized systems, and global quality programs.
She has performed or led more than 1,000 GMP audits across manufacturing sites, suppliers, contract manufacturers, and related regulated operations.
